ISO 9001

This course engages the user from the start and takes them on a journey through time showing the evolution of ISO 9001. Interactivity and illustrations are blended into the training course to bring out the concepts of ISO 9001 quality management systems. The user, on completion of the course, will successfully be able to demonstrate his knowledge of ISO 9001 as it applies to their company and be able to state the procedures required to prove continued conformance to the standard.
