Fire Fighting Equipment and Maintenance

Fire Fighting Equipment (FFE) needs to be maintained and kept ready for use instantly in the event of a fire. It may be the difference between life and death.

Developed in partnership with Fire-Aid International, this course provides learners with detailed information about the firefighting equipment typically found on board. It provides the learner with the information required to carry out basic checks and maintenance, helping to ensure that the same equipment is ready for use without delay, should it be required in an emergency.
