The fourth module in Seagull Maritime’s Resilience series identifies ways to improve resilience so that learners are able to respond positively when setbacks occur. Emphasising the importance of decisiveness, wellbeing and purposefulness, this module identifies ways to increase resilience and maintain control in difficult situations.
